'Quick healthy lunch ready'- an idea




Everyone knows what happens in the early morning every day. A huge rush up, the main responsibility always goes to the mother. Whether it is to make the breakfast or to make ready her children for the school. The most critical are the lunch box. Every day she has to think what to give to her children? A lunch which is healthy and also liked by her children.

If you are also a mother then you too might be facing the same thing like others. Here is a solution for that.
To make the lunch ,ask your child what he likes? Then try, to sum up, those things in such  a way that is healthy and is also liked by your child. Listen children are not like us. We do care for their health but they not. They are more fond of the taste.So, you have to make their lunch in such a way, so that they will like it.

Now, the question arises how?
Ask your child what he likes the most? Then see how can you use those items to make a new thing which is healthy for their health. Nowadays, junk food is liked by everyone. Especially the children are a big fan of them. What if you can make these junk food healthy? How?
You can do it. Why don`t you make them at your home only? Use fresh vegetables in them and use them smartly so that they don`t get to know what you have used in that food.

Today, here I'm giving an example of how you can make these junk food healthy. What about making a sandwich. Hmm.... I think its  a good idea because it won`t take much time to get cooked. Children nowadays don`t like to eat vegetables and preferably salads. You can make them eat salads and vegetables by using them in a sandwich. But , you have to use them in such a way so that they  don`t even get a sense of vegetables in it.

How ? I`m giving a recipe for that. You can try it.

We are going to make two sandwiches. For that we need:

INGREDIENTS


  • Two pieces of bread cut from the between and remove the brown borders. To make this sandwich more healthy use brown bread.
  • Two tomatoes chopped densely.
  • 1/4 cabbage chopped densely
  • 2 triangle shaped paneer
  • 1 cup mod seral la cheese
  • tomato sauce
  • green chilly sauce
  • two boiled potatoes
  • chopped cucumber
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • butter
  • meonis
  • salt to taste,1 teaspoon chat masala,1/2 teaspoon red chilly powder
  • 1/2 cup bhujiya,you can use haldirams if you wish. It is not compulsory to use the bhujiya, just it will add more taste to the sandwich.
  • black salt

PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED:

Take a pan ,heat oil in it. Put the cabbage and the carrot and fry them properly. Add salt in them while frying. Now, take a bread apply butter, don`t add too much butter just add slightly. Now take a bowl and add your fried cabbage and carrot , then add monies adequately. It should give a creamy texture. Mix them properly. Apply this mixture on the bread, spread it properly.

 Another thing, to cutting the vegetables may take lots of time and as we all know we don`t have time especially in the morning. You can use some tools for that, this will not only make your work easier but also it will not take your much time. I myself use them whenever I'm in a hurry. Now, spread cucumber on the sandwich evenly.Sprinkle some black salt on it. This will add to taste.

Place your alloo tikka on your bread, then place one piece of paneer on it. Add a little bit tomato sauce and green chilly sauce, if you like. Now, spread chopped tomatoes over it. Add some mod serale la  cheese on it, then sprinkle a little bit chat masala on it. Along with that, you can also sprinkle some bhajia also if you like. Then take another bread , apply butter on it and put it on your sandwich.

Congrats , your sandwich is ready. Now wrap up your sandwich properly in a food foil so that it won`t get spread all in the lunch box. Very simple ,easy and quick lunch ready for your child. And it is tasty and healthy too.
