When it comes to losing weight, we get tensed about how to do that? And especially, when it comes to exercise. Some people think that one can lose weight without exercise, only when we/she eats less. But do you know that you can lose weight even when you eat your full meal? Yes, it is true but you have to eat the right.
There is some food which we consume , results in gaining weight and there is some food when consumed, results in weight loss.
Here, I`m listing a few. If you will consume them , eventually you will see the results. And there is no need to starve or stay hungry. You can have your full meal and you will observe the result.
- Honey Lemon water: You might have heard about it a lot. Yes, this is a very effective drink to lose weight and also adding one teaspoon coriander leaf paste will boost up the action. You can also add black salt for your taste.
How to prepare? Very easy . Take one glass of warm water, add half a lemon and a few drops of honey to it. Then add your coriander paste. Done, take it every morning on an empty stomach for best results.
- Carrot and beetroot juice: Carrot and beetroot, both are excellent fat cutters. And also, they make your skin glow, they have skin lightening ingredients. So, you can have them . Make sure that you do not add sugar to this drink as you want to lose weight. I would suggest you go sugar-free and also you are consuming natural sugar which is healthy. Carrot itself has natural sugar.
- Tomato juice: As we all know the benefits of raw tomatoes. These are awesome and fast giving results . To lose weight fast you can have this drink. Make a juice of raw tomatoes and add black salt to it for taste. This drink gives fast results. You can also add tomatoes in your salad.
- Rajma beans: Pulses are good in fiber which helps in reducing extra fat in your body. Keep in mind while making the dish that you do not give more that two teaspoons of oil to it.
- Pumpkin : It itself has lot many benefits other than weight losing. If you have low vision, it will boost your vision, it lowers the blood pressure. Also, if you have poor sleep, it helps you to sleep better. One of the reasons behind gain in weight is poor sleep or oversleep. There are few people who gain weight due to lack of sleep. And there are a few people who gain weight due to oversleeping. So, you should sleep accurate , not more not less. One should sleep for an average of 7-8 hrs, not more than that not less.
- Spinach: It lowers the fat, also lowers your cholesterol. People gaining weight are at a risk of high cholesterol. So, don`t worry it will not only lose your weight but lower your cholesterol.
- Broccoli: It helps in reduction in cholesterol, lowers your fat and also helps in preventing cancer.(know more.......)

- Apple: It is extremely rich in antioxidants, flavonoids, and dietary fiber. It helps in preventing cancer , hypertensions, and heart diseases. You might have heard that 'one apple each day, keeps the doctor away.' Having one apple in your snacks time is a good element in your diet.
- Also, cabbage , cauliflower, grapes, pineapple, kiwi , cucumber, brinjal and much more. These all will help losing weight fast.
Now, the thing is if you can consume these vegetables in a boiled or steamed from. Then it's too good and will give you results fast. But if not then use less oil and use olive oil or refined oil.
To lose weight it is not necessary that you eat less or you starve. But eating the right is the main thing. You can have your full meal but do not over eat.
